If you’ve been following us, you know that the NFL Draft is one of our favorite sporting events to bet on. Taking it a step further - it’s also one of Steaks favorite to attend, as he’s headed to his 9th straight Draft weekend in Green Bay.
This years draft felt a little less exciting than years past. Maybe it’s because the QB class is weaker than most, or perhaps there aren’t as many skill position players expected to be drafted early. This year is all about the trenches. Meat and potatoes. The Super Bowl champs have strengths at every position, but what they really showed us is that you need a solid interior on both sides of the ball. It’s a copycat league, and we expect a ton of teams to put an emphasis on improving their pass rush, taking advantage of a draft class that is loaded with D Lineman and Edge rushers.
Your annual reminder that I made the largest wager of my life in 2022 on the NFL Draft. I’m going to flaunt this forever so just get used to it. Love the draft!
For the past two weeks Steak and I previewed each teams needs in the first round on our YouTube Channel. You can watch below and go to our page to find every division.
